Refund Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds for services and subscriptions provided by CreditVeto ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our platform, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

  1. General Refund Eligibility
  2. CreditVeto offers credit repair software and related services through a subscription model. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are issued only under specific conditions, as outlined below.

  3. Refunds for Clients (End Users)
    • 2.1 Subscription Fees: Subscription fees for credit repair services are non-refundable once the subscription period begins. However, exceptions may apply under the following conditions:

      • A billing error caused an overcharge.
      • A service was not delivered as per the agreed terms.

      2.2 Service Cancellation: Clients may cancel their subscription at any time. However, cancellations will take effect at the end of the billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription period.

    • Refunds for Credit Repair Agents & Sub-Merchants
      • 3.1 Subscription Fees: Credit repair agents and companies subscribing to our platform are not eligible for refunds once their subscription has been activated.

          3.2 Termination of Account: If an agent’s account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refunds will be granted.

            3.3 Failed Transactions: If a payment processing error occurs due to an issue on our end, we will issue a refund or credit the amount towards the next billing cycle.

          • Chargebacks & Disputes
            • 4.1 Unauthorized Charges: If a customer believes they were charged without authorization, they must contact our support team before initiating a chargeback.

                4.2 Dispute Resolution: Any chargeback disputes must be resolved through our support team. Repeated chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.

              • Processing of Refunds
                • 5.1 Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.

                    5.2 Non-Refundable Fees: Setup fees, administrative fees, and any third-party processing charges are non-refundable.
